One of the best parts of going on vacation where I grew up is looking forward to the amazing local food. The other day we went for an afternoon swim followed by a light dinner at a tavern on the beach. 
Sun dried grilled octopus 
Fried fresh squid, greens and zucchini, thick cut french fries. Doesn’t get any simpler or more delicious than that.
