I’m obsessed with this recipe! It’s perfect for a cold winter’s day and so easy to make!
Spiced Chai Latte
Ingredients
makes 2 cups
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1 tsp anise seeds
- 2-3 all spice berries
- 1 black or earl grey tea bag
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 Tbsp milk
- Add all ingredients in a teapot or tea infuser.
- Add hot water and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Pour into a cup, stir in sugar to taste and milk.
- Enjoy!
Althought it’s tempting to drink this straight away, it tastes so much better when you let it sit for a while and give the spices a chance to really release their aroma.
