Happy Monday friends! In honor of yesterday’s Easter all day gorge fest here’s a light and refreshing drink recipe!
Lemons and lavender are a great couple but you can totally skip the lavender if you’re not that into it!
Here we go:
Lavender Lemonade
- Juice from 6 lemons
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 Tbsp lavender
Make simple syrup. Mix the sugar with the water. Add the lavender and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Mix syrup with juice.
When ready to drink dilute with water at about a 1 to 3 ratio. Don’t forget to add loads of ice!
Alternative: Try muddling fresh basil leaves in your glass before diluting.
