Herbed Millet (Gluten Free – Anti candida)
Ingredients
serves 1-2
- 1 cup millet
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup chopped basil
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- sea salt
- pepper
- In a large saucepan, boil the millet in 2 cups water.
- While the millet is cooking, in a blender combine the rest of the ingredients to make a paste.
- Combine herb paste and millet. Toss to combine and season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
