I’m sure most of you have seen this pin going around, well I’d like to share some variations on this very simple recipe.

So this is really simple: 3 ingredients and a food processor.

Energy Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Dates
  1. Pulse ingredients one by one. So first pulse the sunflower seeds.
  2. Add cranberries.
  3. Add dates. Once the mixture starts to clump together it’s ready.
  4. Empty into a container lined with parchment paper and press down to shape.
  5. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
