I’m sure most of you have seen this pin going around, well I’d like to share some variations on this very simple recipe.
So this is really simple: 3 ingredients and a food processor.
Energy Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 Cup Dates
- Pulse ingredients one by one. So first pulse the sunflower seeds.
- Add cranberries.
- Add dates. Once the mixture starts to clump together it’s ready.
- Empty into a container lined with parchment paper and press down to shape.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy!
I also tried these other combinations, always using a cup of each.
