Happy Monday! I’ve been wanting to try my hand at making donuts for a while now and thought this recipe was perfect.
I found the recipe over on Everything is poetry. They came out delicious and so light since they’re baked!
Not too sweet either so you can glaze them with a simple or chocolate glaze. I chose to glaze them with a simple powdered sugar and milk glaze and kept some unglazed and enjoyed them with my morning coffee 🙂
