so I’m off for the holidays and was super excited, cause it meant I could sit down and get to the 10billion crafts I’ve been meaning to get to for the past months and simply had no time. Super exciting right? well, not exactly… I went and got some really cool fabrics to make some leggings out of and just when I had nearly gone through the first pair, the needle on my serger broke…so no big deal right? just change the needle. Only it wasn’t the one of the two top (and thus easy to change) needles it was one of the bottom ones!!! so I called the dealership and they said that I’d have to wait till Monday when the service guy would be there to fix it 🙁

so leggings and anything stretchy that needs serging aside, I did manage to make some other stuff.
first of all a plushie from the anime series gintama, it’s elisabeth! I’m not 100% happy with her, I should have used another fabric apart from felt and her beak is upside down but hey, whatever…
apart from “elisabeth” the now infamous on facebook jeweled shoes 🙂
this is the before, as you can see a certain “someone” had gotten to them when he was teething…
the idea came from zana of garbage dress, and after making them I realised why she used black shoes for hers 🙂 still like them though, they’re just begging for the perfect outfit.
